Being the child of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, a physician and Thelma Burnell Henson, Michele Carey whose birth name is Michele Lee Henson was born on February 26, 1942, in Annapolis, Maryland in the United States of America. She had a prodigious piano playing when she was a teen and took home the national prize at Chicago Music Festival at just 13 years old. The family moved to Fort Collins in Colorado, after which she graduated from high school studies through Fort Collins High School in 1960. In terms of her professional career, she relocated in Los Angeles to seek better opportunities. Early in her career, she worked as modeling and then signed with Powers. Powers modeling agency. The first time she started modeling, she realized that her love for acting was more intense and Hollywood producers became interested in her. She made her debut on tv with the series, The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Michele, one of the most famous American entertainers, started her career in the beginning as a model for professional use. Later, she was employed by Powers agencies before venturing in to acting in 1964 for the TV series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. It was her performance in El Dorado 1966 as the principal character Josephine Joey MacDonald who brought more limelight for her. The film was notable for her roles as an actor during the 1960s and 1970s.
